Nothing on this site, in any laboratory report, in any discussion thread, or in any communication from JLC Testing is intended for, recommended for, or fit for human or animal consumption.

You expressly acknowledge that:

• The compounds discussed on this Service are research chemicals, not pharmaceuticals
• The compounds have not been evaluated by the U.S. Food and Drug Administration (FDA)
• The compounds are not approved to diagnose, treat, cure, mitigate, or prevent any disease
• Any use of these compounds outside of qualified laboratory research is undertaken solely at your own risk and is not condoned, endorsed, or supported by JLC Testing

3. Not Legal or Scientific Advice

JLC Testing does not provide legal advice. Laws governing the possession, use, transport, and import of research compounds vary widely by jurisdiction. You are solely responsible for knowing and complying with the laws applicable to you.

JLC Testing does not provide scientific consultation. Laboratory reports are presented as raw analytical data. Interpretation of those results is your responsibility, and we recommend consulting qualified analytical chemists or independent scientific experts for any interpretation of significance.

4. We Do Not Sell or Source Compounds

JLC Testing is not a vendor, manufacturer, distributor, or seller of any research compound. We do not stock, ship, or recommend any product. We do not endorse any vendor whose batches are tested through our service.

The vials tested through our service are provided by individual members from products they obtained independently. The presence of a vendor or product on our service is not an endorsement.

5. Laboratory Limitations

Laboratory results reflect only the specific samples tested at the time of testing. They do not warrant:

• The composition of any other vial in the same batch from the vendor
• The composition of future batches from the same vendor
• The stability of the tested compound over time
• The absence of contaminants below the laboratory's detection threshold
• Compliance with any pharmaceutical or food-grade standard

Laboratory tests have inherent limitations including detection thresholds, reproducibility variance, false positives, and false negatives. A "pass" result does not guarantee safety. A "fail" result does not necessarily indicate harm.

JLC Testing is not the laboratory and does not perform analysis. Disputes regarding the accuracy of any laboratory result are between you and the issuing laboratory.

6. Vendor Naming

We may publish the name of the vendor associated with a tested batch. The naming of a vendor is:

• Not an endorsement of that vendor
• Not a recommendation to purchase from that vendor
• Not a representation about the legality, quality, or safety of that vendor's products
• Not a representation that the tested batch reflects all of the vendor's batches

We are not affiliated with any vendor unless explicitly stated.

7. Age Restriction

You must be at least 18 years of age to access or use this Service. By using this Service you confirm and warrant that you are 18 or older.

8. Jurisdiction Restrictions

You are solely responsible for ensuring that your use of this Service is legal in your jurisdiction. If use of this Service is illegal where you are located, you must not use it. JLC Testing makes no representation that the Service is appropriate or available for use in any particular jurisdiction.

You expressly assume all risk associated with:

• Possession, transport, donation, and disposal of any compound
• Any use, intended or accidental, of any compound by you or by third parties to whom you provide it
• Any decision you make based on laboratory results, discussion content, or any other information from this Service
• Compliance with all laws applicable to you

You release JLC Testing and its members, officers, employees, contractors, and agents from any claim arising from these risks.

12. Indemnification

You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless JLC Testing from any claim arising out of your use of the Service, your handling of any compound, your violation of law, or your violation of any third party's rights, as set out more fully in our Terms of Service.
